About
Her role includes assisting Richard Triggs and the executive search team to complete our recruitment assignments in a timely manner.
Ylana has a strong hospitality background having worked in events for the last 17 years including boutique restaurants and large 5 star hotels. Ylana has made the transition to recruitment and has been working at Arete since November 2019. Similar to the organisation of events, Ylana enjoys the process of running a recruitment assignment from start to finish to see the assignment completed.
Ylana has completed a Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Queensland in Business Management.
