Sarah has over a decade of experience working in the recruitment industry, having lived and worked in both Australia and the United Kingdom, helping both SMEs and global leaders secure senior and executive talent.
Following a highly successful four-year career in England including re-establishing the Interim Senior finance capability across three regions with Hays, Sarah returned home to Australia and joined team Arete in early 2020.
As a result of her strong experience and commitment to excellence, she quickly advanced to the role of Senior Partner, leading hundreds of executive search assignments from role inception to placement across Australia and abroad. Sarah is people focused and loves connecting individuals, assisting to fulfill both career aspirations and business goals.
On the personal front, Sarah is a seasoned traveller who has visited a total of 33 countries to date. She keeps physically and mentally active and continually strives to achieve new levels of performance.
