Tiffany began her recruitment career specialising in sales and technology, which gave her strong exposure to global consultancies and the broader technology sector. This experience gave her a strong understanding of the technology landscape, how organisations scale, and the critical role leadership and talent play in driving business success. It also shaped her ability to assess capability beyond a resume and build genuine, long-term relationships.
In her role with Arete Executive, Tiffany partners with organisations across Australia to deliver leadership appointments ranging from middle management through to executive and board level. She works across a broad range of industries including industrial, infrastructure, building and construction, mining, not-for-profit and technology. Her client base spans the APAC market, including global consultancies, ASX100 listed organisations, startups, SaaS vendors and privately owned businesses.
Tiffany takes a consultative and relationship-driven approach, focusing on understanding the underlying needs of each organisation and connecting them with leaders who can create meaningful impact. She is committed to building trusted partnerships and supporting both clients and candidates through important hiring and career decisions.
