Permanent Recruitment
A Smarter, Modern Approach to Executive Search
For too long, headhunting and recruitment have been expensive, slow, and resource-draining, consuming valuable organisational time, stretching HR teams thin, and often failing to deliver the right outcome. The traditional model no longer serves modern businesses that demand speed, transparency, and genuine talent alignment.
We believe it’s time for a smarter, more efficient approach. One that puts value, precision, and partnership at the centre of every search. That’s exactly what Arete Executive is here to deliver.
Scalable Search Solutions for Every Stage of Growth
We partner with organisations of every size and structure, from small businesses and emerging enterprises through to mid-market leaders, large private companies, publicly listed corporations, not-for-profits, multinationals and government-owned entities.
Our approach is built to scale, adapt and deliver for any organisation committed to finding the right talent. We recruit:
Solutions for All Levels
Our proven and efficient process means we can pass on savings to you, without compromising on the quality of the talent we provide. No matter what the level of management, skill or governance you’re looking for, we’ve got you covered. Highly Competitive Pricing - Our recruitment fee is calculated only on the negotiated base salary (plus Super) whereas the standard for the industry is to charge a much higher percentage, based on the total salary package (i.e. base salary plus total benefits including bonuses). Though our fees are probably the lowest you will find nationally, you still get exceptional talent and service. Our low price reflects our efficient processes rather than an attempt to undercut the competition.
Arete - 10%
The perfect end-to-end solution for those hard-to-find roles that require specialist knowledge and a proven track record.
This is ideal for those niche positions where you know you're going to have to dig a little deeper to find your ideal candidate. Often these people aren't even looking for a new role so they don't just have to be 'hunted', they also need to be sold on the idea of putting themselves up as a candidate. This is a specialist field, one that we excel in, and it takes a lot more skill than just being able to do a search on LinkedIn then sending a private message.
Arete - 12.5% or 15%

15% fee includes Six-Month Replacement Guarantee - We have a 6-month replacement guarantee on our recruitment hires.
