About You
You are an experienced operational leader who has managed large, multi-site service environments with full accountability for performance, safety and workforce outcomes.
You bring experience from transport, logistics, construction materials, waste or similarly complex operational environments where time-critical scheduling, service delivery and operational reliability sit at the core of performance. You understand how to stabilise and improve operations, implement structure and hold teams accountable in environments where delivery windows, service commitments and daily execution are critical to success.
You combine operational discipline with strong commercial awareness and understand contract-based service delivery environments and the importance of meeting contractual obligations, performance metrics and service standards. 
You are a credible leader who builds trust quickly with frontline teams while also engaging effectively with senior stakeholders including government. You are comfortable operating in industrial environments and understand how to navigate unionised workforces and complex employee relations.
Most importantly, you are a steady, hands-on leader who can bring structure, clarity and accountability to a large operational region while positioning it for future contract success.

About the Opportunity
This Regional Manager role is responsible for leading one of the organisation’s most significant operational regions, overseeing multiple sites and a large frontline workforce delivering essential public services. The environment is complex. The region operates within a highly structured, contract-driven framework with strong government oversight, a large industrial workforce and multiple enterprise agreements.
The immediate focus will be on driving service reliability, ensuring core operational fundamentals are consistently delivered and strengthening leadership capability across the site management teams.
Once stabilised, the role will drive broader operational improvement, embed a more disciplined and commercially aligned operating model and position the region for future contract defence and potential expansion.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring visibility across operations, strong engagement with frontline teams and the ability to operate confidently across both operational and stakeholder environments.
