About the Opportunity
The role of Branch Manager is a pivotal one, involving the management of operations and the enhancement of team culture and service ethos. The successful candidate will oversee the Service, Sales, and Parts departments, ensuring financial accountability and leading a diverse team. You are a leader who can quickly understand the business’s nuances, earn the team’s trust, and lead by example. Your experience as a Branch Manager within a service environment will allow you to demonstrate your strong capabilities in managing diverse teams, fostering positive workplace cultures, and achieving operational and financial targets. Your commercial acumen coupled with previous experience managing a P&L will keep the branch ahead of the game. You are adept at engaging with staff, providing support, and setting an example of excellence.
