About you
You are a proven General Manager who has led a significant business or business unit of real substance and complexity. You have held full P&L accountability exceeding $50M across both revenue and cost performance.
You have worked in a regulated, quality critical manufacturing environment where cleanliness and quality are key such as pharmaceutical /food / packaging manufacturing or similar.
You bring a strong mix of commercial, operational and leadership capability. You have owned major customer relationships, led pricing and contract discussions, and know how to translate strategy into disciplined execution across operations, service delivery and customer performance. You know how to introduce structure, cadence and accountability, and you are able to speak clearly and specifically about what you have done and the results you have delivered. You are a proven people leader who can build trust, lift standards, develop capability and create a high performing culture, while maintaining clear expectations and performance discipline.
About the opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to lead a well established B2B business with turnover of circa $40m, operating with a high degree of autonomy within a large national group.

Strategy is clear, momentum is strong and the foundations are in place for the next phase of commercial and operational growth. What is needed now is a proven General Manager who can build on that platform and drive stronger performance across the business.
As General Manager, you will have full day to day accountability for business performance across P&L, operations, service delivery, customer outcomes, contract execution and team leadership. You will take ownership of a specialist business that is commercially attractive, operationally complex and well positioned for continued growth.
This is not a turnaround. It is a mandate to lead a good business into its next phase by bringing strong commercial judgement, disciplined execution and clear accountability across the operation.
You will play a hands-on role in major customer relationships, pricing, commercial negotiations and contract delivery, while ensuring the business has the structure, operating rhythm and leadership capability required to deliver consistently. A key focus of the role will be customer contracts, ensuring they are well structured, commercially sound, implemented effectively and aligned with the broader growth agenda. You will work across operational and customer facing teams to improve performance, strengthen alignment and support continued growth.
