You have led large frontline workforces and are comfortable operating in fast paced, high accountability environments where operational discipline and structure are critical.
You combine strong operational leadership with commercial awareness. You understand contract based service delivery and the importance of meeting KPIs, service levels and compliance requirements while managing cost performance.
You are a hands-on leader who builds credibility quickly with frontline teams. You are comfortable in industrial environments and understand how to lead within unionised workforces while maintaining clear expectations and accountability.
Most importantly, you are able to take ownership of an operation, bring structure and consistency and deliver reliable performance day in, day out.
About the Opportunity
This role is responsible for leading the end to end operations of a major depot within a large scale metropolitan service network.

Working closely with regional leadership, you will play a key role in stabilising performance, strengthening operational discipline and improving service reliability across the depot.
