About the Opportunity
This is a hands on leadership role where you will own the planning, scheduling and performance portfolio for a large and complex operation, with accountability for service reliability, efficiency and commercial outcomes. About You
You are a seasoned leader with proven success in operational performance, analytics or transport planning, bringing strong technical depth across data, planning frameworks and KPI driven environments. You may come from public transport, logistics, aviation or any large scale operational setting where planning and performance are core to success. You likely hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Transport Planning, Analytics or a related discipline, but more importantly you can demonstrate delivering clear and actionable insights that improve reliability, efficiency and commercial outcomes. You have solid experience with performance frameworks, KPI reporting and continuous improvement, and you communicate with clarity, influence and confidence at all levels. You are strategic, proactive and comfortable leading teams through complex operational challenges.
