Jared Hawkins is the managing director of ActiveTec, a family company started by his parents fifteen years ago. The business provides specialist maintenance services for aged care and hospital water equipment across Australia, mainly in Southeast Queensland. ActiveTec has over 100 staff and offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and regional areas. Jared joined the business straight out of school and has since taken on the role of managing director.
