Bright People – Partnering Program

Bright People a long standing friend of Arete Executive are running a public Partnering Program on 21st and 22nd May 2024. An in-person facilitated event, it’s designed for anyone who gets work done with and through others with a focus on how you do this.
For Organisations – The Bright People Partnering Program can support the move away from siloed ways of working to becoming known as a partnering organisation internally and externally with other organisations, government, community and stakeholders.
For Individuals – The program will help you build self-awareness and give you practical tools so you better understand the context and dynamics. This behavioural flexibility will help you step into relationships and partnering feeling more confident and at ease and be better able to influence, advocate and make positive change.
While the program has flexibility to meet people where they are at, as a general guideline, it is most suited for mid-career professionals, including leaders, business partners, change agents and consultants.
