Cherie Curtis is the CEO of Revelian, an Australian-owned organisation specialising in the development and delivery of award-winning psychometric assessments and games to give data-driven insight into human behaviour at work. The overarching goal of their work is to reveal talent insights through people analytics.
Revelian has been in operation since 1999. Over 80% of the assessments in their suite are proprietary, developed by a team of psychologists and software engineers and used by organisations throughout the world. Each year, more than 200,000 individuals globally undertake Revelian assessments.
As CEO of Revelian, Cherie is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the business, delivering solutions that utilise advancements in technology and psychology to provide best practice outcomes to a variety of customers globally. She joined Revelian (then Onetest) in 2003 as an intern, progressing to Head of Psychology in 2005 and then to CEO in 2015.
Cherie has been recognised as the nation’s top leader in the 2016 AIM Leadership Excellence Awards, and as a finalist in the 2015 Qld Telstra Businesswomen’s Awards. She is a registered Organisational Psychologist and Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
