About the opportunity
This is a senior leadership role, in the Specialist Services, B2B sector, for someone who wants to truly run a business, not manage around the edges. You will take full ownership of a specialised, complex operation with an established platform and the mandate to elevate it. The brief is clear. Set direction. Build leaders. Lift performance. Strengthen culture. Deliver results that stand up to scrutiny.You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and be accountable for commercial performance, operational excellence and people outcomes. Success in this role looks like clarity of purpose across the business, leaders who are confident and aligned, and a culture that balances high standards with trust and accountability. You are commercially sharp, comfortable with P&L ownership, and disciplined in how you prioritise effort and resources. You care deeply about culture, not as a slogan, but as a daily leadership practice.You communicate with intent, make clear decisions, and hold others to high standards while backing them to succeed. You measure success by the quality of leaders you develop, the consistency of results you deliver, and the reputation you build internally and externally.
