About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a significant +$200M portfolio with national significance. The business is performing ahead of its competitors, with no burning platforms or major issues to resolve. Instead, this role is about driving incremental growth, deepening customer engagement, and expanding market share and profitability through strategic execution.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a team of nine, tasked with managing a diverse portfolio spanning multipme markets. While the operational foundations are solid, this role offers the scope to refine customer and project mix, sharpen price execution, and embed a more performance-led rhythm across the team. You’ll have full visibility across the customer base and be expected to personally own key strategic relationships. Leveraging tools such as Salesforce CRM, you’ll bring structure to sales and pipeline management and use real-time analytics to drive decisions. A strong partnership with various teams and stakeholders will support your commercial objectives, but success will ultimately depend on your ability to lead from the front, influence outcomes, and deliver tangible results.
About You
You are a highly experienced Sales Manager who has achieved significant success in leading sales teams within an industrial focused industry. You are driven to achieve sales excellence and thrive in environments that are complex, dynamic, and service a broad range of market segments and customer types.
Commercially astute and strategically minded, you enjoy understanding and analysing data to inform your decisions. Whether it’s refining pricing structures, reviewing project mix, or lifting sales team cadence, you approach each challenge with clarity, urgency and discipline. Your experience managing large portfolios is backed by a strong understanding of price, volume, and margin levers.
Your leadership style is built on a “servant leader” philosophy—someone who leads with intent, empowers their team, and creates an environment where people can thrive. You’re a natural coach and mentor, committed to developing talent and driving inclusion across the board.
