About the Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll oversee multiple Brisbane stores known for delivering premium flooring solutions and exceptional customer service. This role blends strategic sales leadership with operational management, leading a high-performing sales team with long tenure. You’ll develop sales strategies, streamline operations, and continue to foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within a franchised brand.
As a sales-focused leader, you’ll drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and empower your team to reach their full potential. Your efforts will optimise processes and ensure the business continues to scale, delivering consistent results and customer experience.
About You
You are a dynamic sales leader who excels at enhancing team performance while cultivating a culture of collaboration and unity. With a strong background in sales and operational management, you are adept at balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. Your expertise in multisite management equips you to oversee multiple retail locations, driving consistency in performance and customer satisfaction across all stores.
Your talent for streamlining processes and implementing innovative solutions is matched by your ability to inspire teams, address challenges, and drive results with confidence and efficiency. Experience within a franchisee model will be advantageous but is not essential.
