About You:
You are a seasoned operational leader with a proven track record of leading large, complex businesses. Your hands-on leadership style allows you to balance high-level strategic planning with on-the-ground hands-on operational execution. You are comfortable managing full P&L responsibility, steering business growth, and driving operational efficiencies. Your ability to lead a leadership team of blue-collar workers while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance is critical. With strong commercial acumen, you excel at developing long-term relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Ideally, you will live around Western Sydney however all Sydney based candidates considered providing you are happy to travel to sites.

About the Opportunity:
In this role, you will take on a ‘mini-CEO’ position, responsible for overseeing the largest region within this business unit. With a current P&L of $130M and significant year-over-year EBIT growth, this is an opportunity to continue driving operational success and further expand the business. You’ll be tasked with turning around performance at a few key sites, implementing operational discipline, and ensuring the business meets its long-term growth objectives, along with continuing the high performance of others. In addition to leading a highly capable management team, you will play a key role in strategic planning for a site closures and will have the chance to influence government and industry regulators.
