With a substantial increase in turnover projected this year, they’ve experienced substantial growth and are in an exciting phase of business expansion, including recent acquisitions.

About the Opportunity 
This is a unique chance for an experienced CFO to contribute in numbers, strategic vision, and leadership. You’ll be coming into a business that has already proven its mettle and has continued plans to grow. The role offers a blend of strategic planning, operational management, and stakeholder engagement. The growth trajectory provides an interesting mix of challenges and opportunities. Your financial insights and leadership will be crucial to drive efficiencies and optimise costs to steer the company through this period of acquisition and growth.  In this key position, you will focus on maintaining and refining existing reporting structures to meet the demands of a fast-paced and high-growth business environment. You will handle everything from detailed board meeting reports to oversight of assets valued at over $80M.

About You 
You are CPA/CA or equivalently qualified and currently serving in a similar CFO role. You have experience in an asset-based business, ideally in a hire business or dealership. Your track record will include working in a business with no less than $50M turnover, and you will be comfortable with ISO-accredited business processes. Your ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and your high emotional intelligence will make you a standout candidate. Being team-oriented and adaptable will also be key traits that can set you apart.
