About the Opportunity:
Are you looking to take the next step in your health and safety career? This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in a hands-on role with a well-established global company that values growth, learning, and career progression.
As an HSE Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting safety initiatives across one of their NSW sites with minimal travel required to oversee the ACT operations.
This position will see you expand on your site experience in workplace safety, compliance, and environmental best practices within a manufacturing environment.
This hands-on role will see you fostering a proactive safety culture by leading toolbox talks, training sessions, and site safety committees with strong internal support. With significant growth opportunities, this position offers clear career progression, including the potential to contribute to national and APAC projects with opportunities for interstate and international exposure.
About You:
You are an experienced HSE Advisor with a background in manufacturing or other heavy industry/industrial settings who brings strong knowledge of HSE legislation and behavioural-based safety. You are passionate about workplace safety and eager to expand your knowledge.
An excellent communicator who enjoys engaging with people at all levels, bringing a positive and energetic approach. You excel at leading and influencing while building strong, productive relationships.
Experience working with an industrial workforce is essential, with exposure to unions and regulators preferred. You ideally hold a Diploma in WHS and ICAM qualified.
Most importantly, you thrive in a close-knit, supportive team, guiding and educating the business to ensure a safe workplace for all.
