- Extensive experience in asset management within the civil industry – rail, roads, transport/ mobile plant equipment
- Proven track record in maintenance strategy development and implementation.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with WH&S legislation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers.
- Capability to drive organisational change and optimise maintenance activities.
