About You:

You’re an accomplished General Manager or seasoned Operational leader with a proven history of driving growth and operational success in complex, multi-site environments. You have proven experience in civil contracting, particularly in road construction, and have held full P&L accountability in the past. As a natural high achiever, you possess strong commercial and operational acumen, along with a track record of inspiring and leading large teams through periods of growth and transformation. You will fit well within a performance focused yet humble and down-to-earth culture.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will spearhead operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and re-align your geographically diverse team with strategic growth goals. You will lead a multi-site business with full P&L responsibility for a circa $100M organization within a larger comporate environment.
