About The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and exceptionally talented Customer Experience (CX) and Digital Channel Manager for a game-changing transformation. This newly created role is pivotal to our client’s digital transformation journey, focusing on revolutionising how customers engage across all touchpoints—online and offline. You’ll be at the forefront of an exciting challenge, driving consistency and innovation to reshape customer journeys, build loyalty, and deliver real business growth.
You’ll lead the charge in mapping and optimising end-to-end customer experiences across digital and traditional channels. By collaborating with IT and marketing teams, you’ll redefine how customer service is delivered, transforming siloed operations into a unified, efficient, and seamless experience. From leveraging digital tools to optimising customer adoption of self-service options, your work will set a new standard in customer excellence.
