As the Company Accountant, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing the company’s financial health, working closely with, and supported by their external financial services provider. Your role will encompass a wide range of accounting responsibilities and focus on system and process optimisations to support significant growth and profitability. You will have a hands-on role ensuring all accounting and payroll is delivered accurately, and ensure the yearly audit is successful.

About You:

If you have a proven track record in diverse and hands-on accounting roles, we want to get to know you. Your experience in financial management within the realm of SME businesses, particularly those with revenues ranging from $1 million to $30 million, is exactly what we’re looking for. Exposure to omnichannel model of e-commerce and distribution partners is preferred but not essential.

While relevant accounting qualifications (or working towards) are advantageous, what truly sets you apart is your solutions-oriented mindset and your willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details. Your exceptional technological proficiency is a major asset, especially if you’re familiar with systems like Xero, Shopify, and Stripe. Your ability to navigate these platforms efficiently will be highly valued.
