About the opportunity:
As the Company Accountant, you will collaborate closely with the finance team. Your focus is to efficiently manage the companies financial resources, aligning them with operational needs while driving growth & profitability. You will provide leadership, direction, and management across all finance and accounting functions. Your responsibilities encompass the oversight of all formal finance and IT-related procedures, ensuring both compliance and efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in managing processes for financial forecasting and budgets, contributing to the company’s financial decision-making, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reports. Your keen eye for detail and collaborative approach will be instrumental in ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standard, alongside managing cash flow to ensure that actual and forecasted cash balances are sufficient to meet all payment requirements.

About you:
You will have proven success in a diverse and hands-on accounting role, coupled with relevant accounting qualifications. Coming from a SME business background, you will have experience working with companies ranging from $5M – $30M in revenue. You will be proficient in all technology relevant to accounting, encompassing software and systems, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel. You will bring a commercial focus and be comfortable excelling in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
