You are a proven CEO, or alternatively have had full P&L responsibility for a large division within a substantial organisation.  You have a strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry, although someone with a background in B2B products within a technical industry (e.g. transportation, construction etc.) may be considered.  You have a strategic mindset and enjoy growing businesses and launching new products into new markets.  You enjoy developing your teams to achieve their full potential.
