About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a boutique professional services firm with a reputation for exceptional solutions and client service. This newly created Business Development Manager (BDM) role will focus on developing the Queensland market, targeting ASX 500 and top 500 private companies, Government-Owned Corporations, and Not-for-Profits. As the BDM for Queensland, your role is to initiate and build key relationships through B2B meetings and networking and win new strategic clients and expand the client base.

You are a confident, relationship-driven professional with a passion for business development. Your experience spans B2B professional services, and you have a well-developed network within mid-to-large organisations. Known as a collaborative team player, you bring credibility, a great reputation and a dedication to delivering exceptional client service. You’re resilient, outcome-oriented, and comfortable engaging with senior leaders and boards. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills equip you to present and write proposals confidently at the executive level.
